  • Step One: Enquiry & Application 

    Complete our online enquiry form and confidentiality agreement.

  • Step 2: Discovery Interview

    We arrange an interview, either in person or via Zoom, to discuss your family's needs in detail, including our pricing structure and Recruitment Fee.

  • Step 3: Contract & Recruitment Fee

    Once we've confirmed we're the right fit to work together, you sign our Service Agreement and pay the non-refundable $500 Recruitment Fee, which begins the search process.

  • Step 4: Job Ad & Family Profile

    We review your application and create a tailored job advertisement, along with a Family Profile, for prospective nannies to review. This is sent to you for approval before anything goes live.

  • Step 5: Search Begins

    Once approved, your job ad goes live and we begin actively sourcing candidates. You'll receive weekly updates on our search progress. On average, it takes between two and six weeks to find the perfect fit.

  • Step 6: Candidate Interviews

    When we find a promising candidate, we arrange an interview between your family and the candidate.

  • Step 7: Feedback Calls

    After each interview, we call you personally and find out how it went, gather your thoughts and answer any questions.

  • Step 8: Decision Time

    If you'd like to move forward with your nanny, you pay your remaining placement fee and we begin the onboarding with your new nanny and your family. If it's not quite the right fit we continue searching until we find the perfect match.

Full-Time Nanny

A dedicated, ongoing nanny fully integrated into your family's routine, the right fit for families needing comprehensive, near-daily care and support. 30 hours or more per week.

Part-Time Nanny

Ongoing care built around your family's regular schedule, ideal for families needing consistent support on select days or hours each week, without a full-time commitment. Less than 30 hours per week.

Temporary Nanny

Short-term care for a defined period, covering illness, holidays, a nanny's leave, or any gap where your family needs reliable support without a long-term commitment.
